A tequila pairing dinner at TINY BAR, Tequila, Jalisco | May 2026
A unique tequila pairing experience, tucked away on the back streets of Tequila, Jalisco — the town famous for bringing the regional vino mezcal to the world during the 19th century. On our last visit, Tiny Bar Speakeasy delivered a nectarous 3-course meal paired with three atypical tequilas, including a Cascahuin special release from 2024, "Destinos," and was executed with poise by the effervescent hostess Yannet Estrada, who got her start at the legendary, now-defunct tequila tasting room La Cata. This tequila pairing dinner is always a highlight for guests venturing into the Tequila Valley with us at *Experience Agave, and this night was no exception.
