Bartender:
I designed brand specific cocktails, with Caña Alta and the other hand crafted spirits and represented the brand at pop-ups and other events in Peru.

Flavor Design
My primary task at Destileria Andina was research and development for the distillery's flagship product, Matacuy. I researched maceration techniques, and helped to develop the official process blend for the herbal the Andean elixir.

Distiller:
I studied each of the cuts during distillation the distillation process and logged my analysis and helped to discern worthy flavors and define them as characteristic to the final product. I trained personnel to distill and properly clean equipment, and carried out small and large scale education around the product.
