This project incorporates ingredients that are 100% from Mexico and uses the beloved sugar-cane juice rum, or aguardiente, from the Paranubes distiller, Jose Luis Carrera, as its base. Aguardiente is expertly combined with coffee from Jose Luis, cinnamon from Oaxaca, and local botanicals to create this iconic Café de Olla coffee liqueur. It is 25% abv and 14 brix. It spent 2 years in development, focusing on a sustainable supply chain in support of rural producers. A love letter to Oaxaca.
